1.Distribution Projects
1.Automobile Joint Distribution Center
Plans include a center for trucks for distributing completed automobiles, parking yards, car silo storage facilities.
2.Automobile-carrier Ship Network
According to plans, a network will be established between foreign and domestic ships, including the construction of a base for domestic ships in the Port of Mikawa, which currently hosts many foreign ships.
3.Automobile Parts Container Wharf Development
In November 1998, a gantry crane will be installed and a container network established, linking the current hub ports in Asia.

2.Recycling Projects
1.Import Automobile Recycling Center
To promote the advanced management of the environment, a joint recycling center is under planning, to implement future recycling policies. This will serve as a model facility, and is designed after similar facilities for environmental management. The center will contribute to enhancing the corporate images of participating foreign enterprises, as well.
2.Recycled Parts Network
To promote the recycling of auto parts, currently the most feasible approach, a network is being formed by auto repair and other companies.

3.Research and Development Projects
1.Research Park
The Park will contain technical centers for the development required to promote affiliations between foreign and domestic automobile companies. Toyohashi Research Park is located near the waterfront area. Companies can use offices in Toyohashi Science Core, the Park's main facility.
2.Network Involving Industry, Academia, and Government
Located in the vicinity of the Port of Mikawa, "Science Create", a special organization, supports networking between academic institutions such as the Toyohashi University of Technology, local companies, and local government bodies such as the City of Toyohashi.

4.Business Network Project
1.Convention Center
Concurrent with the World Exposition to be held in the year 2005, a convention will be held on foreign and domestic automobiles, to promote exchanges between foreign and domestic companies. There are also plans to exhibit automobile-related parts. To this end, exhibition sites for various meetings will be established.
2.Support for Corporate Activities
There are plans for a training center for joint use, a rental office for foreign companies, and a business support center. These plans are being coordinated with the Convention Center Plan.
